I have not received all the items I ordered, what now?

You should check the contents of your shipment for correctness and completeness immediately after receipt. If you notice that you have received the wrong items or not all the items you ordered, you must inform us of this within 5 days of delivery.

Please note that after this period we cannot exchange or reship the missing items.

Will my package be delivered discreetly by cbuy.ch?

Cbuy.ch ships all orders in sustainable, FSC-certified shipping cartons – without sender, logo or other imprints. So you can enjoy your products comfortably and carefree in peace.

Who delivers my order?

We strive to ensure that the deliveries of your hemp products reach you as quickly as possible and always to your complete satisfaction. Therefore the climate-neutral dispatch of your order at cbuy.ch is carried out by the Post CH AG. Due to the close cooperation with the Post CH AG you have the possibility to choose from the following shipping services at cbuy.ch:

• Parcel shipping A-Priority
• Package shipment Same Day Delivery
• Parcel delivery on Saturdays
• free return shipment

From an order value of CHF 30, the shipping of your order is free. With the tracking number, which you will receive by e-mail after the shipment, you can track your shipment online at any time and keep track of where your order is at any time.

Please check your order immediately after receipt for correctness and completeness. If you notice any defects such as damaged CBD products or damaged packaging, you must notify the postal service within 5 days.

How fast will I receive my order?

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your CBD products as soon as possible.

For this reason, cbuy.ch is one of the first online stores in Switzerland to offer the “Same Day Delivery” option for all orders received before 09:00 a.m. on weekdays – this means that you can receive your package the same evening for an additional charge of CHF 28.50.

Otherwise, all orders received before 17:00 h on weekdays will be shipped the same day and will arrive at your home the next day. If you place your order on a Friday before 17:00, you have the possibility to choose the delivery option “Saturday delivery” for an extra charge of CHF 4.50.

We would like to point out that orders on prepayment are only shipped after receipt of payment.

Does cbuy.ch deliver abroad?

No, cbuy.ch does not deliver abroad. cbuy.ch is a Swiss online store (owner: SWISS Gate AG, Kasernenstrasse 4b, CH-8184 Bachenbülach) and delivers exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Can I pick up my order?

No, cbuy.ch is a pure online store. For this reason it is not possible to pick up orders directly from us. However, we guarantee the delivery of your order on the next working day if you order your CBD products before 17:00.

Is the shipping free of charge?

Yes, from a value of goods of CHF 30 we ship all orders at cbuy.ch free of charge. All packages are shipped with A-Post Priority as standard – without surcharges!

If you wish to have your order delivered on the same day on a weekday, you can choose the shipping method Same Day Delivery for a surcharge of CHF 28.50.

If you order your CBD items on a Friday before 17:00 and wish to receive them on Saturday, we offer you the Saturday delivery option for an additional charge of CHF 4.50.

Can I indicate a different delivery address?

Of course this is possible. As soon as you have added your CBD products to the shopping cart, you can enter your billing address and any other delivery addresses during the payment process.

My package is damaged - what now?

Unfortunately, it can happen that a package is damaged in transit. Therefore it is extremely important that you always check your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and possible defects.

If the outer shell of a package shows visible damage such as large dents, scratches or holes, it is quite possible that your CBD products have also been damaged or even dropped out.

In such a case it is a case of transport damage. Such damage must be reported directly to the Post CH AG within 5 days after receipt. After this period, the Post CH AG will refuse any liability.

We ask for your understanding that in case of transport damage, cbuy.ch will not pay for the damage.
