We ship orders on prepayment immediately on the day we receive your payment. If you wish, you can also select the shipping method “PostPac Economy” when ordering. With this shipping method you will receive your order within two business days.
From an order value of CHF 30.00, shipping is free of charge. It is carried out climate neutral with the Post CH AG. Via the tracking number, which we will send you by e-mail, you can track your shipment online at any time. You always have an overview of where your order is at the moment. We ship all orders in sustainable, FSC-certified shipping boxes – you can choose between a neutral shipping box and a shipping box in the cbuy.ch design.
As an alternative, you have the option to select the “Free pick-up” option. If you choose this option, you can pick up your order free of charge on the following working day between 1:00-5:00 p.m. at SWISS Gate AG’s headquarters: SWISS Gate AG, Kasernenstrasse 4b, 2nd floor, CH-8184 Bachenbülach.
