With this option, you will receive your parcel on the same evening for an additional charge of CHF 28.50. All other orders received before 17:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. They will arrive at your home the very next day. If you place your order on a Friday before 17:00, you have the option to select the delivery option “Saturday delivery” for an additional charge of CHF 4.50. We ship orders on prepayment immediately on the day we receive your payment. If you wish, you can also select the shipping method “PostPac Economy” when ordering. With this shipping method you will receive your order within two business days.

From an order value of CHF 30.00, shipping is free of charge. It is carried out climate neutral with the Post CH AG. Via the tracking number, which we will send you by e-mail, you can track your shipment online at any time. You always have an overview of where your order is at the moment. We ship all orders in sustainable, FSC-certified shipping boxes – you can choose between a neutral shipping box and a shipping box in the cbuy.ch design.

As an alternative, you have the option to select the “Free pick-up” option. If you choose this option, you can pick up your order free of charge on the following working day between 1:00-5:00 p.m. at SWISS Gate AG’s headquarters: SWISS Gate AG, Kasernenstrasse 4b, 2nd floor, CH-8184 Bachenbülach. How to conveniently return your CBD Hemp Stems

Our shipping boxes are equipped with an integrated adhesive seal for any returns, so you can easily and conveniently return the CBD Hemp Stems. We include a prepaid return label with every order.

You can return all products without comment within 30 days of receiving your order. The condition is that the items are still in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email. The refund will be triggered automatically. Please note that it may take a few days until the credit is visible on your account. If you paid with the payment method “purchase on account”, you will receive the credit note directly from our factoring partner MF Group AG/Powerpay.

What is the best way to proceed in case of transport damages

Unfortunately, it can happen that a package is damaged during transport. Therefore, it is extremely important that you always check your delivery for completeness and any defects immediately upon receipt. If the exterior of a package shows visible damage such as dents, scratches or holes, it is possible that your hemp products have also been damaged or the delivery is no longer complete. In such a case, it is a transport damage.

Such damage must be reported within five days directly to Post CH AG. After this period, Post CH AG will refuse any liability. We ask for your understanding that cbuy.ch can not be responsible for the damage in case of transport damage.

How to learn more about hemp & CBD

What you have to pay attention to in road traffic

Legally obtainable hemp products may contain a maximum of 1% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in Switzerland, but THC is an illegal substance in road traffic. The Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), in collaboration with the Institute of Forensic Medicine at the University of Basel, therefore conducted a study on the topic of “Cannabis in Road Traffic” in February 2021. According to the findings of this study, the FOPH states the following: “In Switzerland, there is effectively zero tolerance for cannabis in road traffic. The currently valid limit value of 1.5 ng/mL THC in the blood is an analytical limit value. An actual traffic-relevant influence does not have to have been present. This regulation corresponds with the classification of cannabis as a prohibited narcotic.”

Furthermore, the BAG notes, “The restriction of driving performance is dose- and concentration-dependent with cannabis, as with alcohol. First impairments result from a concentration of 1 – 2.5 ng/mL THC in the blood. From a concentration of approx. 3 – 4.1 ng/mL, impairments in coordination and reaction become apparent, which are comparable to a blood alcohol concentration of 0.5‰. Above 5 ng/mL, cannabis users are demonstrably more likely to be involved in accidents. Individuals who have smoked cannabis containing THC are more often involved in traffic accidents within the first hour after use. After 2 to 4 hours, the risk of accidents decreases again. Mixed use with alcohol leads to a significant deterioration in driving ability. Unlike alcohol, cannabis use does not increase risk taking.”

Due to the currently prevailing de facto zero tolerance, we therefore strongly recommend that you refrain from driving any vehicle after consuming products containing CBD. Further information on the mentioned study of the BAG can be found here.
