Delivery
Orders are delivered at cbuy.ch on request after the same day. Otherwise, your package will always be sent with the shipping method A-Priority, so that you receive your delivery for orders before 17:00 already the next day! If you order on a Friday, you have the option to still receive the delivery on Saturday morning for an additional charge.
Right of return
At cbuy.ch you have the right to return all orders without giving any reason during 30 days free of charge. You will receive a prepaid return label on the delivery bill with every delivery. The shipping cartons are FSC-certified, come from sustainable forestry and are designed so that you can easily reseal and return the package. Please note that only items in their original packaging can be returned.
