Founded in 2019 by the brothers Dominic, Marco & Michael Hoffmann, the Swiss company has been opening doors to markets that have not yet been (fully) developed and is committed to the development of clear legal frameworks.
SWISS Gate AG specializes in the online distribution of premium products for people and pets whose intended uses are in the food, cosmetics and/or lifestyle sectors.
To this end, SWISS Gate AG has built up the brands cbuy.ch, Herbalea and Old Donald’s in order to be able to satisfy the needs of its clientele at various levels.

Marco Hoffmann is CEO of SWISS Gate AG and already worked in the Swiss cannabis industry as well as in e-commerce before founding SWISS Gate AG. He completed his training as a businessman with a vocational baccalaureate at Flughafen Zürich AG, where he remained for several years after completing his training. Afterwards he worked for Ex Libris AG, before he worked for Canway Schweiz GmbH for some time before the foundation of SWISS Gate AG. Along the way, he completed various courses of study in the field of business communications and trained to become a KAIZEN Master in Continuous Improvement.

Hoffmann
Dominic Hoffmann, CFO of SWISS Gate AG, graduated from the Kantonsschule Zürcher Unterland (KZU) with a degree in Modern Languages before going on to study German Studies & History at the University of Zurich. Before founding SWISS Gate AG, he gained professional experience at various large companies such as Credit Suisse, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) and dnata Switzerland AG at Zurich Airport.

Hoffmann
Michael Hoffmann, COO of SWISS Gate AG, completed his commercial training at Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG before spending some time volunteering in South Africa with the Hakuna Mipaka Foundation. He then worked with his brother Marco at Canway Schweiz GmbH before finally founding SWISS Gate AG together with his brothers.

Werner Hoffmann is CCO of SWISS Gate AG. He has decades of management experience as a colonel and former professional military pilot in the Swiss Air Force. In addition to his activities at SWISS Gate AG, he works as a Compliance & Safety Monitoring Manger with the Swiss Air Force.
